Validity of Sales Terms
The sales terms apply to the purchase of goods and services from the e-kalastus.ee web store between the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer) and the entrepreneur E-Kalastus OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Web Store).
In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from the web store are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter referred to as the LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the CPA), and other legal acts in force in the Republic of Estonia.
The Web Store reserves the right to make changes to the sales terms. The mentioned changes will be reflected on the website e-kalastus.ee.
Price Information
All prices in the web store are in euros.
Shipping costs will be added to the purchase price according to the delivery method selected by the Consumer.
All prices displayed in the e-kalastus.ee web store are valid only in the e-kalastus.ee web store.
Prices and availability of goods may change without prior notice. In such cases, E-Kalastus OÜ reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund the buyer to their billing account within a reasonable timeframe.
E-Kalastus e-shop reserves the right to cancel the sale if the product has encountered any of the following issues:
Error in price entry or technical system error (for example, if a rod worth 200 EUR is listed for sale at 20 EUR, it is clearly a mistake. Or if a product is listed in the e-shop at a price of 0. Consequently, this is an error or technical malfunction, and the product is not intended to be sold at such a price.
Prices are valid from the time of order placement until the payment deadline of the placed order expires 3 calendar days after the order is placed.
If the order is submitted before changes to sales terms or prices, the conditions in effect at the time of order placement apply.
The online store reserves the right to make changes to sales prices. These changes will be reflected on the website e-kalastus.ee.
When delivering goods with non-standard dimensions, shipping costs may differ from the usual.
E-Kalastus OÜ is the responsible processor of personal data, and E-Kalastus OÜ transmits the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
Order Processing
Add all desired products to the shopping cart. You can view the products in the cart by clicking the shopping cart icon located in the lower right corner.
A sidebar will open, and from there you can make the following selections.
View Cart – proceed to the cart page. On the cart page, you can review your order or modify the contents of your order if desired. From the cart page, you can proceed to the “Checkout” page.
Checkout Page – If you are not a registered customer, fill in all required address fields on the page to ensure trouble-free delivery.
For registered customers, these fields are already filled in from the registration process. On the page, you can also choose separate “billing address” and “shipping address” by checking the box
in the “ship to a different address” field. This option allows you to add a “shipping address,” while the previously filled information remains the billing address. Goods are always shipped to the shipping address, not the billing address.
For final confirmation, select a payment method (this can also be done later), check the box in the terms and conditions field, and click “Submit Order.”
After that, you will be redirected to the bank you previously selected, or all options will be displayed to you again. After the usual procedures at the bank, the order
confirmation will be displayed along with all its contents, and the same information will be sent to the email address you provided. Fill in the fields on the data and order confirmation page carefully, as the accuracy and correctness of the information provided determine the fast and trouble-free delivery of your purchased products and the resolution of any future disputes and claims. The online store is not responsible for delivery errors or delays if the information provided by the Consumer is incorrect.
Wishlist. The wishlist is a convenient tool for selecting preferred products and placing orders. Adding a product to the wishlist does not automatically move it to the shopping cart; instead, items must later be transferred from the wishlist to the cart. It is a very handy way to plan purchases, calculate prices, and bookmark products.

Via bank link
After submitting your order, click on the desired bank link, which will direct you to the chosen online bank: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Citadele, or COOP Pank. Enter your username and password, and log in to the online bank.
In the online bank, you will see a pre-filled payment order with the amount due for products purchased from e-kalastus.ee. Verify the details and confirm the payment order.
With the invoice
You can pay for purchases by bank transfer and receive the goods at the address of your choice.
Bank transfer – LHV Bank – ……………………………………… Recipient: E-Kalastus OÜ. Please include the order number in the description.
With installment payment
We offer the opportunity to purchase goods with Montonio’s installment plan.
Delivery times
Orders placed in the web store are processed on business days from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Depending on the carrier and the location of the orderer (customer), the delivery time within Estonia is 1-3 business days; outside Estonia (EU), it follows the delivery time specified by the carrier(s). For the rest of the world, please contact us in advance at epood(at)e-kalastus.ee to confirm the delivery time.
For ordered goods, the delivery time may be longer by agreement with the customer.
Sales Contract Entry into Force
Under the sales contract, the Web Store undertakes to deliver to the Consumer the existing, manufactured, or future-acquired Goods by the Web Store and to enable the transfer of ownership to the Consumer, while the Consumer undertakes to pay the Web Store the amount indicated on the invoice for the Goods and to accept the Goods.
Orders for which payment has not been made will be canceled after 3 calendar days from the date of order placement.
The sales contract enters into force after the Consumer’s payment is received into the bank account of the Web Store (E-Kalastus OÜ).
Delivery
After the sales contract takes effect, the Web Shop will assemble the order and hand it over to the company’s logistics partners for delivery. The delivery deadlines shown on the E-kalastus.ee website apply from the moment the order amount is received in the Web Shop’s bank account. For prompt delivery, one must be careful and provide accurate and valid data when entering delivery information during order placement. The Web Shop is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods if the goods are handed over to logistics partners on time, but the delay is due to circumstances that the Web Shop could not influence or foresee.
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia. The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Right of Return
After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop without giving any reason within 14 calendar days (according to VÕS § 53 (4), the Consumer may not withdraw from the contract: in the case of goods made to the Consumer’s personal specifications; in the case of goods and services ordered, made, or performed according to the Consumer’s specifications; in the case of goods that due to their nature cannot be returned – which are perishable or whose expiration date has passed; in the case of goods that are magazines or other periodicals).
The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, in case the condition of the item to be returned (including the retail packaging) deteriorates. To ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, the Consumer should only handle and use the item as they would normally be allowed to do in a store.
To return the goods, a Goods Withdrawal Declaration must be submitted, the form of which can be found HERE, and sent to the address Turu 47/2, 50106 Tartu, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
The Consumer must return the goods within 14 calendar days after submitting the declaration or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to a logistics company within the aforementioned period. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer.
The customer does not have to return the goods through a logistics company if the e-shop has agreed to pick up the goods themselves.
Upon receiving the withdrawal declaration and the goods, the e-shop will refund all payments received from the Consumer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 calendar days after the withdrawal.
Irresistible force
1) The web store is not liable for damages caused to the Customer or delays in the delivery of goods if the damage or delay in delivery is due to circumstances that the web store could not influence or foresee.
Processing of Personal Data
By entering data on the Web Store’s page and with the corresponding confirmation, the Consumer grants the Web Store the right to collect and process the Consumer’s personal data (name, contact phone number, package delivery and/or home address, email address) and to forward personal data to the logistics partner for the delivery of goods.
The Web Store has the right to use the Consumer’s residential or location address, phone number, and email address to send notices and information to the Consumer.
The Consumer has the right at any time to prohibit the collection and use of their personal data, except when it is necessary for the enforcement of a claim arising from the contract or for the delivery of goods.
The use of electronic personal data for direct marketing will only occur if the Consumer has given consent for this on the e-kalastus.ee page.
When paying for purchases through encrypted data communication with banks, the Consumer ensures the security of personal banking credentials, and the Web Store has no access to them whatsoever.
Procedure for Submitting Claims
The online store is responsible for any non-conformity or defects in the goods sold to the Consumer that appear within two years from the delivery of the goods to the Consumer.
If a defect appears in the goods, please immediately stop using the goods and notify the online store HERE
The online store and the Consumer will mutually agree on the repair or replacement of defective goods.
The online store is not responsible for defects in the product caused by the Consumer’s fault, which have arisen as a result of improper storage or misuse of the product.
In case of non-conformity or defects in the product, please submit information
A claim regarding the discovery of non-conformity or defects in the product must be submitted within two months from the discovery of the non-conformity or defect in the product.
All claims will be reviewed and the Consumer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of the claim.
The Consumer has the right to demand a reduction in the purchase price from the online store or termination of the contract and a refund for the goods, if the Consumer’s claim is justified and the online store is unable to repair or replace the goods, the repair or replacement of the goods fails, the online store has not remedied the defect within a reasonable time, or unreasonable inconveniences have been caused to the consumer.
