It is possible to set an anchor point, record tracks and speed, and much more. i-Pilot makes boat positioning and steering automatic. Commands are easily sent to the motor via the LCD screen.
Anchor Lock Spot-Lock: Spot-Lock holds the boat in the desired location with unprecedented GPS accuracy. The pre-installed Spot-Lock feature in the i-Pilot GPS system provides the ability to stay in any fish-rich spot without touching the motor. Using the included heading sensor, you can adjust the Spot-Lock position in 1.5-meter increments in any direction. Spot-Lock can be activated via the i-Pilot remote control or a Humminbird fish finder.
Autopilot AutoPilot™: Autopilot allows the boat to navigate automatically in a selected direction. Point the motor head in the desired direction, activate AutoPilot™, and the motor will automatically keep the boat on the chosen course, correcting for wind, waves, and currents.
